This was the first time since the wedding that I had seen them so it was definitely a visit long awaited! We enjoyed a wonderful early Thanksgiving dinner with Brandon's family on Saturday night, and spent the next couple days getting started on some Christmas shopping and relaxing and enjoying one another. My mom taught me how to make some awesome dinners which was a lot of fun also!
We then spent Monday afternoon up at Oak Glen, our new favorite fall tradition. It was absolutely gorgeous up there. Though we were so sad that Brandon and Kristi could not make it because they both had to work.

And this is Brandon and I on Thanksgiving. We spent the day with his mom's side of the family and enjoyed a nice evening with some amazing food!!
We are thankful for so many things this year, especially God and our families and His amazing love that binds us together.

thanksgiving was so great this year. i was happy to have your family over and just enjoy each other. we are truly blessed to have such wonderful family to celebrate with. loved the pics looks like you had a lot of fun its funny to think we were just down the street from you.
